Preschool Room is for 3 - 4.5 year olds.

 

Our Preschool Room provides a fun, engaging environment where children are encouraged to explore their interests, make choices, and learn at their own pace. Daily individualized instruction is incorporated into a free-flowing environment, allowing children to select activities that interest them while developing important skills along the way.

Our preschool curriculum focuses on:

• Practical life skills

• Reading and early literacy readiness

• Math

• Science

• Independence and decision-making

• Social and emotional development

• Good manners and respect for others

• Cooperation and positive interactions with friends

We are licensed to care for 20 preschoolers from ages 36 months to 4.5 years. The staff in our Preschool Room consists of a combination of lead teachers, assistant teachers and aides. The room is always staffed with a minimum ratio of one staff member per ten children.
