Executive Board

SP3C is operated by an Executive Board comprised of parents of current students and community members. The Executive Board has five to seven members who are elected for a two-year term. The Board is responsible for financial decisions, personnel, marketing and ensuring that SP3C continues to function as a quality childcare facility.

SP3C is run by an Executive Director who is responsible for enrollment, scheduling, curriculum maintenance, policy and procedure updates, and overall day-to-day operations.
